Cancellation/Refund Policy

Once AUDITIONS/FIRST DAY have occurred for any program GTT will NOT offer any refunds.

For cancellations that occur more than 30 days before the start of the program, GTT will offer a full refund of tuition less a $15 cancellation processing fee, per program, per child. However, once Auditions/first day have occurred for any program, GTT will NOT offer any refunds.

For cancellations that occur between 15 and 30 days before the start of any program, GTT will offer a 50% refund of tuition less a $15 cancellation processing fee, per session, per child. However, once Auditions/first day have occurred for any program, GTT will NOT offer any refunds.

GTT will NOT offer any refunds for cancellations occurring within 14 days of the beginning of the musical production program. Consideration for family emergencies will be made by the GTT Owners on a case by case basis.

GTT will NOT offer any refunds for expulsion or voluntary withdrawal during sessions. Consideration for withdrawals due to illness will be made by the GTT Owners on a case by case basis.
If GTT is forced to cancel a program before the program starts or during the program, GTT reserves the right to choose what is in the best interest of all parties involved.
